Majid Al Futtaim Launches "Junction": Egypt’s First Fully Integrated Business Community with 15 Billion EGP Investment.
Majid Al Futtaim has officially launched "Junction", its first fully integrated business community in Egypt, strategically located next to Mall of Egypt in West Cairo. Spanning over 129,000 square meters, the project features 13 modern office buildings, retail units, restaurants, and an infrastructure designed to achieve the LEED Gold certification for environmental sustainability.
Junction offers over 97,000 square meters of premium office space, more than 1,700 parking spaces, 40 retail outlets, and 15 food and beverage destinations, with direct pedestrian access to Mall of Egypt.
